Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph─ “(e) five other members appointed by the Cabinet Secretary from persons nominated by the top governance organs of each of the following bodies─ (i) the Consumers Federation of Kenya; (ii) the Law Society of Kenya; (iii) the Petroleum Industry Association of Kenya;"
