Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 17 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (2) ─ (a) by inserting the words “any of the following fields” immediately after the words “ Kenya in” appearing in paragraph (b); (b) by inserting the following new sub-paragraph immediately after subparagraph (vi) ─ “(vii) any other relevant degree”."
