    "content": "What Hon. Musimba is trying to do is to save on costs. This is because within the data centre, you can create compartments. A compartment can be dedicated to this particular facility. I persuade him not to delete it but allow for a dedicated compartment within the National Data Centre for petroleum only. We should not delete Clause 37.
