    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support Hon. Musimba. The reason is that the Information and Communication Technology Authority and the Communications Authority (CA) set up a data centre purposely for Government information. What we are saying is that this institution can also be accommodated there on a virtual data centre in such a way that its information is separate from other information. They will have encryption and their own code which can be accessed locally and internationally. There is no need to have another data centre when we have one which is funded by Government with a lot of money."
