Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 44 of the Bill be amended in Sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “contract” and substituting therefor the words “petroleum agreement”. The word “contract’’ is part and parcel of the petroleum agreement. We simply want to delete that and replace it with the words “petroleum agreement”."
