    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support Hon. Joyce Emanikor’s amendments. Indeed, the absolute power being given to the CS through that sub-clause is not in line with the spirit and the intent of the current Constitution. There is no way we can give the CS a freehand to make those decisions alone. If not checked, those powers are bound to be abused. I very much agree with Hon. Joyce. I support the amendment and urge my colleagues to do the same."
