    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to oppose this amendment. You need to ensure that the courts have the latitude to determine what would amount to proper fines for whatever offence committed and, of course, proper sentences. When you limit, as years go by, you will find that some of these figures will reduce in value and the laws become obsolete. This will allow a lot of offences to be committed. I oppose."
