Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 57 of the Bill be amended─ (a) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “which shall advise the Cabinet Secretary for approval” and substituting therefor the words “in accordance with the petroleum agreement”; (b) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (3) ─ The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
