Currently, it says: “The field development plan shall be submitted by the contractor to the Authority for review, and which shall advise the Cabinet Secretary for approval.” We want to delete the words “which shall advise the Cabinet Secretary for approval” and substitute therefor the words “in accordance with the petroleum agreement”. That covers what she is talking about."
