    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the amendment but, there is something I want to inform Members. A field development plan is supposed to be a sub-set of the production sharing contract. Why? What happens in the field if we do not see either the Cabinet Secretary or the committee? If we do not actually analyse the field development plan which has the cost implication, it can be an exaggeration. For example, if Tullow Oil brings their plans and they have exaggerated them, that cost will be recovered by the Government. So, it has to be assessed to see whether it is cost-effective."
