Temporary Deputy Chairman, the second one seeks to remove the proviso that: “Provided that the amount allocated under Subsection (4) shall not exceed one quarter of the amount due to the county government in the financial year under consideration.” The problem is that if you take ten per cent of the revenue from oil and give it to one local community, that amount is way too much. We must come up with an agreement. We have talked about this for a long time. It is something that we have tried to reason out. Moving from five to ten per cent of the share to within a local community will be setting a very bad precedent and I oppose this."
