Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 2 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting the definition of the term “petroleum agreement” and substituting therefor the following new definition─ “petroleum agreement” means any agreement, license, contract or other arrangement between the Government and a contractor to conduct upstream petroleum operations in accordance with the provisions of this Act, and may include ─ (a) production sharing contracts; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
