    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me the opportunity to comment on this Bill. It is an important Bill considering that we have discovered oil in our country. In many countries, when oil is discovered, people suffer instead of benefiting. It is a technical Bill. I hope some areas will be looked into when the Bill goes to the Senate. We are one community and benefits that accrue in one of the country should benefit other members. Those in that area will benefit a little more. We did not agree to everything, but it is an important Bill."
