    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the opportunity to contribute. I want to thank the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communication and Information. As we pass this Bill, I am very disappointed by the Legal Department of this Parliament. There are a lot of typographical and syntax errors in this Bill. It is not our business, as Members, to notice them. When you go to the Legal Department, they use big legal terms. For example, they say that the errors will be corrected when making the vellum. However, a lot of errors end up in the finished Bill. People must do the work for which they are being paid."
