    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be deleted. Since we have dealt with Clause 3 and we are supposed to know that registration is done in consultation with the National Land Commission (NLC) and the Cabinet Secretary (CS), it is consequential that we have to do regulations on how to do that. That is the only thing we are introducing here."
