Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 67 of the Bill be amended− (a) in paragraph (b) by inserting the words “paragraph (a) of” immediately after the word “in”; (b) by deleting paragraph (d). This is to ensure that the issue of referencing is well. Also, we are introducing the issue of the Matrimonial Property Act. So, that can be handled by that Act which has already been enacted in this Parliament."
