    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand here to support the Motion. I want to start by congratulating the Mover of the Motion. We have gone to his constituency, where we have seen boda boda savings and credit societies (Saccos) being inaugurated in his constituency. Therefore, because many people want to contribute to the Motion, I will raise only two issues. There is the issue of the Ministry of Transport in relation to the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. It is obvious that this policy may be on transport, but it is affecting young people. Therefore, it is important that the Ministry of Youth and Sports partners with the Ministry of Transport to come up with an appropriate policy because I believe that the place where this issue lies most substantially, especially in terms of policy formulation and the running of the proposed fund, is the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
