    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want to oppose the amendment because the Mover is misleading the House by not saying that the NLC is part of that Board. This Board is not supposed to do the day-to-day administrative work of the Commission. It is the Board which is supposed to lobby, borrow money and look for grants. We are not talking about the day-to-day activities of the Land Settlement Fund Board of Trustees, but rather issues to do with whether those are the people who are supposed to make the policy. The NLC is well represented in the Board."
