Article 114 of the Constitution says that the National Treasury should have input on anything that touches on money. The CS responsible for environment will be dealing with certain issues that need to be protected within the context of land. There is also the CS responsible for agriculture. Agriculture contributes enormously to this country’s GDP. The NLC is represented. So, what is wrong?"
