Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 96 of the Bill be amended− (a) in paragraph (b) − (i) in the proposed new subsection (1A) by deleting the words “the Order” appearing immediately after the words “Agency under” in paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the words “this Act”; (ii) in the proposed new subsection (1B) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (d)- “(dd) the Cabinet Secretary responsible for Internal Security” (iii)in the proposed new subsection (1C) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after the introductory statement−"
