    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 106 of the Bill be deleted. There is no justification for the repeal as the objects of the Fund have not been achieved, or an alternative fund established. The Fund was to offer compensation to bona fide purchasers of land who lose land without notice. Its repeal offends Article 40 of the Constitution that requires compensation for any loss of land by a bona fide purchaser without notice."
