Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(a) deleting the word “national” appearing immediately after the words “to establish a”; and” The essence of the amendment is that in the principal Act the word “national” comes after the right to persons. It comes after “establish a”. It is a matter of correction."
