    "content": "We have talked about education. We are always talking about governance. If we do not have degrees, we cannot oversee people who have degrees. We need to have this discussion as Kenyans seriously. This is because if we are to oversee the budget, we need to understand what that budget is all about. However, we also need to look at the other side of the coin as Kenyans and agree that leadership does exist because of books. We have so many people in this country who have gone to school and yet they cannot even make positive arguments."
