    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to support my good friend, Hon. Kamande, on this Petition. Macadamia grows very well in regions where coffee thrives. As at now, as a cash crop, coffee is on its knees. The only crop which has been assisting people where coffee is grown is macadamia. With what is happening in the market, a lot of intervention needs to be made through the Ministry of Agriculture. There was another petition on macadamia which was brought to the House by Hon. Mpuri Aburi and we made some decisions as a House. As I support my friend, Hon. Kamande, it is important that the Ministry of Agriculture, through the AFFA Act, intervenes on the macadamia issue."
