Speaker, I want to categorically state that the Leader of the Minority Party in the Senate is my friend and colleague. 1 am at liberty to mingle and converse with any other Member without the permission of Hon. John Waluke. He cannot go round casting aspersions on things he is not sure about. I represent the Jubilee Coalition, and we have not appropriated any budget. As a Coalition, we have not appropriated any budget for not only Senator Wetangula or the former Prime Minister Raila Odinga or the former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka but also for our own members who go to various functions over the weekend."
