"content": "As you are aware, this industry is multi-sectoral. It involves the Ministry of Transport, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance because of the special funds you are talking about, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and the Office of the President because of the implementation and the policing. That is where it lies. It also involves the Ministry of Roads because whatever we agree on if our roads are not constructed to deal with the motorcycles and bicycles, we will not go far in streamlining this sector. I am very grateful to my colleague from the Ministry of Roads, because he has made his contribution here and stated their stand."
