    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose Hon. Mlolwa’s amendment. As they were explained yesterday, we need to separate the functions of each entity. On issues to do with registration, we agreed that they are supposed to be in the national Government. The national Government is represented by Cabinet Secretary. Therefore, I do not see why we should mix the issues in this clause."
