Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 20 of the Bill be amended— (a) in paragraph (a) − (i) by deleting the expression “(3)” and substituting therefore the expression (4)”; (ii) by deleting proviso (ii); (b) in paragraph (b)− (i) by deleting the proposed new subsection (5); (ii) by deleting the proposed new subsection (6); (iii) by deleting the proposed new subsection (7); (iv) by deleting the proposed new subsection (10) and substituting therefor the following new subsection− “(10) Where more than one instrument or application are presented on the same day such that in the opinion of the Registrar there is doubt as to their order of priority, the Registrar shall reject the registration and shall inform the applicants of such rejection.” (v) in the proposed new subsection (12), by inserting the following proviso− The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
