Members because they have brought forward a clear picture of what is happening in their respective constituencies. The motorbikes that the young people are riding out there do not belong to them. They belong to those who have the money; who are able to buy. They only hire them out to those young people who, after a day of hard work, go home with only Kshs100 or Kshs150. They are in the bracket of those who are living below the poverty line. They are among the 50 per cent of our population which is earning less than a dollar or two dollars a day."
