    "content": "I apologise. I meant as per the Order Paper. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 27 of the Bill be deleted. This is so that we insert a new sub-section which says that the Cabinet Secretary shall cause the review of the Sectional Properties Act No.21 of 1987 for effective implementation of Section 56 of the Land Registration Act."
