    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose profusely. Hon. Mlolwa has explained that we are doing politics. I am doing legislation and I am doing it for the posterity of the country. So, I have not found any reason at all that justifies the deletion of the clause. Indeed, the purpose of amending the National Land Commission Act, the National Registration Act and the Land Act, is informed by issues to do with functions or matters to do with the administration of land. They have to be very clear. That is what we are trying to do as a Parliament today, so that we can move forward and achieve reforms."
