Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended− (a) in paragraph (b), by inserting the following proviso at the end of the proposed new Subsection (2)(b)− “Provided that a written notice of ninety days shall be given to the proprietor of such intention to make the alteration”; (b) in paragraph (c), by deleting the words “deleting subsection (3) and substituting therefor the following subsection” appearing in the introductory statement and substituting therefor the words “inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (3)”; (c) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph− “(d) by deleting the introductory statement in subsection (4) and substituting therefor the following new introductory statement− “(4) The Cabinet Secretary may by regulations prescribe the guidelines that the Registrar shall follow before rectifying or directing rectification under this section and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
