In Hulugho Sub-District Hospital in Garissa County, the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) constructed huge staff buildings, pump house and put up some poles in the last ten years. We wish to know when the generator will be supplied and when electricity will be installed in the sub-district hospital which is only five kilometres away from the Somali border."
