    "content": " Order, Senators. Hon. Senators, I have a proposal which you may disagree with. I can see my friend, Sen. Khaniri, already looking at the Standing Orders. You can look at the Standing Order which talks about “with the leave of Senate.” There are very many things that we can do with the leave of Senate. That is, when no Senator objects. We have made a lot of progress. As you are aware, we shall have a Motion for Adjournment. I do not know whether it will go through but let us assume it will go through. My request to you is that you allow us to vote on the four Bills we have dealt with and finish with them. For that purpose, with the leave of Senate, we do not have to withdraw the bars. However, if there is an objection, then we will have to withdraw the bars. I am doing that in good faith, so that we finish the business ahead of us."
