    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I second this Motion to alter the Calendar. However, while we do so, we recognize that there are important matters that have not been handled. I propose that we also have a legislative agenda. There are certain Bills, including the County Boundaries Bill that was supposed to be done at this conference. By the time we finish the conference, we should discuss a way forward on that legislation that is pending or stuck at the National Assembly. While we do so, we will also use that opportunity to speak to Members about the County Revenue Allocation so that we can have a common position on what should be done on revenue allocation.
