Appearing to be changing - like entering a house and adjusting the sitting arrangement - is not how to reform things. Mr. Temporary Speaker, the sixth is about corruption. We must make these institutions that fight corruption work. Someone joked and said that the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission (EACC) is nowadays called the Economic and Pro-Corruption Commission."
