    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is a problem across the country and not in the hon. Member’s constituency only. During the financial year 2010/2011 my Ministry requested Kshs416 million from the Treasury to buy 114 vehicles to be distributed to the districts. So many districts are new and do not have vehicles. We are still waiting for that money. The request did not go through, but we hope the Treasury will take into consideration that request when we consider Supplementary Estimates in this House."
