    "content": "THAT, the matter raised in this Petition is not pending before any tribunal or court of law. Therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Transport, Housing and Public Works:- (i) investigates the circumstances behind the delay in disbursement of the funds meant for re-carpeting the dilapidated section and upgrading of the earthen section to bitumen standard; (ii) intervenes with a view to ensure that the dilapidated section of the said road is speedily re-carpeted and the section tarmacked to avert any further loss of life and property through accidents; and, (iii) it makes any other orders or directions that it may deem fit in these circumstances. Your Petitioners will forever pray. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
