During the last vote on this Motion last week, our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) officers detected some Members voting for others who were not in the Chamber. It does happen. The ICT Department is able to tell whether you are in the Chamber by checking the list. When you go and append your thumbprint there, they are able to tell if you are present."
