    "content": "Hon. Members, like the business we had under Order Nos. 8, 9 and 10, I know there is a lot of interest in the election laws. There is need to allow as many Members as possible to read through this Bill. Please, read through it carefully. It has momentous proposals which could spell doom to many Members. Therefore, build consensus around the proposals, so that when you go into the Committee of the whole House, you do not have to debate so much. Try to build consensus because I know some of the proposals are weighty. They can cut short the parliamentary lives or hopes of many Members, both sitting and aspiring.
