    "content": "Thank you, Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the recommendations by the Chair regarding the mediation and the water issue. As it has been said, water is a very important thing and we need to look into matters that surround it. I agree, as it has been said by the Chair, that some of the recommendations that have been made by the Senate are very much in line and make a lot of progress in the Act."
