    "content": "We agree with the Committee’s definition of a “wetland” and “domestic use”. I totally agree with the disagreement of the Committee on the water strategy which the Senate wanted to reduce to three years. That is because there is another legislation which has set it to five years, instead of what the Senate has recommended."
