That is why it was in order for you to request for adjournment. For convenience of the House, Order No.14 is a Committee of the whole House on the Water Bill (National Assembly Bill No.8 of 2014). We are not in a position to conclude. We just adjourned the proposed debate. For the convenience of the House, we will not deal with Order No.14."
