    "content": "I thank the President for urging people to vote. From the top leadership of our political parties to the membership of this House, we have done a good work. All is not lost. We will go back to the drawing board when we come back. We will look at other Bills which are in the pipeline, including the one by Hon. Chepkong’a. Before I go there, we must also analyse people who have just come back. They were not in the House when this vote was being taken. They need to tell us what other business they were doing, more so, those from the Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD). Where were they when their principal was sitting at the Gallery? If our principal was on the Gallery, the whole of Jubilee would have been here."
