    "content": "As we go home, first of all, thanks to this House and the CDF Committee. Most of the constituencies now have CDF Committees. We only want to appeal to the Chair to make sure that gazattement is done overnight so that when I get to my constituency, I can patronise or oversee the first meeting. But, we also want to appeal to people who have development, who are anti-CDF to slow down the venom of anti-development on CDF. It is the only thing working in Kenya."
