    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to agree with the hon. Member that, indeed, this section of the road serves a very important part of this country that is very productive. It is, indeed, our desire that the fish should be able to get to the markets. But I wish also to remind the hon. Member that, indeed, my Ministry has done considerable work in that section of this country; the roads having begun from the north. The remaining part will, indeed, be considered. I also wish to state that the design work commenced in December, 2008 and was to be completed in January, 2011. It was awarded at a cost of Kshs180 million. This is in recognition of the fact that this road must, indeed, be upgraded to bitumen standards. Once the design is complete, we will prioritize it, as I have already indicated."
