Why I am rising on this is that it has been the practise and tradition that when an amendment has been proposed, we need to be told the import of that particular amendment, particularly on this matter that we are supposed to go as par the requirements of the World Anti- Doping Agency (WADA). So, can the Leader of the Majority Party, at least, substantiate and explain to the members the import and gist of this amendment before we debate?"
