    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 9 and substituting therefor the following ― 9. Section 27 of the principal Act is amended ― (a) by deleting subsection (4); (b) in subsection (6)(a) by deleting the words “Athlete Testing Program” and substituting therefor the words “anti-doping program of the Agency”."
