    "content": "I want Hon. Chris to listen to me because I usually explain. I do not believe in shortcuts. The amendment seeks to delete Section 27 (4) of the Act. So, if you have the Act that we passed on 19th April, 2016, you will understand what we are doing. This is because Section 27(4) makes reference to Section 26 which has been repealed by this Bill. So, we are just trying to realign because this amendment is repealing a certain section of the Act that we passed, the Anti-Doping Act."
