    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to take this opportunity to thank the House for passing this important Bill. Again, I want it to go on record that Parliament never mutilated this Bill. I looked at the amendments and they are the same. It is high time that the Office of the Attorney-General pulled up its socks. The issue of contradictions of WADA’s requirements came from that office. This House did the honourable thing and we passed the Bill the way it was. So, it is very critical for the Kenyan people to know that the National Assembly exercised its mandate accordingly. We did not mess up at any given time. This is the time we are calling upon the Cabinet Secretary for Sports, next time they should pay attention to the details. I want to thank those who have contributed to this Bill as we know sports are very critical in this country.
